​​        ChristopherHicks, who holds a AA, with a concentration in Psychlogy,  BA in behavioral sciences and an MS in human services, has completed his new book “Hope Beyond”: a compelling and thought-provoking memoir that explores the many struggles and trials the author was forced to overcome throughout his life, and how he managed to find success and fulfillment despite the scars from his past. He is a Motivational Speaker traveling the country empowering others to tap into their full God given potential.  Born in Chicago, Illinois, author Christopher Hicks attended Moraine Valley Community College and Argosy University. He has been a member of Phi Beta Delta since 2016. Christopher is married to his wife, Emma, and together they have four children by birth—Christopher Jr., Kelley, Kyra, and Joshua. Christopher currently works as a family reunification therapist and, in his spare time, enjoys exercising, reading, listening to music, and spending time at the beach and with his family.​​Christopher Hicks is a nationally recognized public speaker & author whose life was forever changed due to his traumatic experiences as a foster child and aging out of the system.  This act of physical, sexual, and verbal abuse may have claimed his soul, but it could not claim his spirit. Since then, Christopher has become a mental health, foster care, domestic violence, ptsd (veterans), trafficking, and substance abuse advocate, bringing awareness.  â€‹â€‹As a motivational speaker, I inspire and encourage audiences to achieve their personal and professional goals through engaging speeches and personal stories.
